- You can access the Air Hop app on your mobile device
- From the menu, select Mobile Check-in
- Enter your surname and Air Hop flight e-ticket number
- Follow the instructions on the screen
- Save your Air Hop boarding card to your phone or download it now
Check-in kiosks at airports
Follow these steps to use Hop air Check-in kiosks at airports
- To check-in, go to the airport and find the kiosk machine
- Start the check-in process by touching the kiosk screen
- Please enter your Air Hop flight e-ticket number and last name
- Confirm your check-in details and review your flight details
- Take a printout of your boarding pass

Follow these steps to use Hop air ticket counter check-in service:
- Look for the HOP! ticket counter at the airport.
- Present your Air Hop booking confirmation.
- Bookings are verified by the agent
