Croatia Airlines check-in: Web, Mobile, Airport and Counter

Croatia Airlines check-in process requires passengers to arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours before departure time for international flights. For domestic Croatia flights, the boarding pass must be obtained 45 minutes before departure, and for international Croatia flights, it must be obtained 60 minutes before departure.

Check-in for your Croatia flight opens 24 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before departure.

When and how should I check in at the airport?

There are two options if you choose to check in at the airport:

Check-in counter:

Check-in should be completed 120 minutes before flight departure.
Check-in must be completed at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Some airports offer self-service check-in kiosks.

Check-in via the web

For direct scheduled flights operated by Croatia Airlines, Web Check-in is available 36 hours up to 60 minutes before departure, with the following exceptions: OU380 Split to Rome, OU381 Split to Zagreb, OU384 Dubrovnik – Rome, OU300 Dubrovnik to Athens, and OU301/385 Dubrovnik to Zagreb.

If you check in via the website, you can save your boarding pass during check-in. You must print the boarding pass yourself during check-in (the boarding pass will not be emailed). If you check in using a mobile app, you can download your mobile boarding pass or receive it via SMS.

You can check your checked baggage at the airport’s baggage drop-off counter no later than 60 minutes before departure if you are traveling with it.
