Condor check-in: Web, Mobile, Airport and Counter

Condor check-in

What is the process for checking in for a Condor flight?

Condor check-in offers several options to check in before or after arriving at the airport:

  • Online check-in.
  • Machine Check-in.
  • Counter for check-in.
  • Late night check-in.

When flying with Condor, what deadlines must I meet?

In order to board the aircraft, passengers must meet two important deadlines at the airport: check-in and boarding time. For passengers who have special check-in needs or are at the beginning of the holiday season, Condor recommends bringing an extra half hour to the airport for travel document pick-up.

The check-in deadline for short-haul and medium-haul flights (up to 6 hours) is 45 minutes before departure.

As an exception, for flights departing Anchorage and POLMAR, the check-in deadline is 90 minutes before departure for long-haul flights (flight duration of 6 hours or more).

Condor check-in recommended that you arrive at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

  • The online check-in area allows you to check in by entering your data (first name, last name, passport number…) or those of your fellow travelers.
  • Additionally, you can select a seat. Fees may apply, depending on the tariff.
  • After you complete the Condor check-in process, you can download your boarding pass as a PDF file or have it emailed to you.

Check-in by machine

Check-in machines are available at selected airports up to one hour before departure. This service is available in German and English. If passengers are traveling with baggage, they can still use the check-in machines and drop off their baggage at the baggage drop-off counter. It takes just three steps to use the machine for check-in:

  • Log in to the machine.
  • Choose a seat from the seating chart.
  • Make a copy of the boarding pass.
  • Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Vancouver, and Cancun offer machine check-in services.

Checking in at the Condor Airlines ticket counter

Follow these steps to check in at Condor Air’s ticket counter:

  • Look for the Condor Airlines ticket counter at the airport.
  • The counter agent must see your Condor booking confirmation.
  • The agent has verified your reservation
  • Once the check-in request has been confirmed, proceed to the next step
  • You will receive your boarding pass from the agent.

Late night check-in

Passengers can pick up boarding passes and check-in baggage the night before a flight on Condor. Late-night check-in is free for children ages 12 and under, as well as Premium Economy and Comfort Class passengers. There will be a charge of 5 euros per person for this service.

You can use the service on ticketless flights (NOTIX) if you present an official ID and your booking confirmation. The service is not available on special flights. It is only available for groups of up to nine people. For security reasons, passengers with groups of 10 or more must check in person. It is also impossible to check in animals until departure.

Passengers must show an official photo ID (passport or personal ID card). As long as the person wishing to check in presents their travel documents and official photo ID, late-night check-in does not require the presence of passengers listed in the booking. It is recommended that passengers use this service at least one hour before departure.
