For Bamboo Airways check-in passengers must arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure time, and for international flights, passengers must arrive at the airport at least three hours before departure time. If you are traveling on a domestic Bamboo flight, you must have the boarding pass 45 minutes before departure and if you are traveling on an international Bamboo flight, you must have it 60 minutes before departure.

Check-in for your Bamboo flight opens 24 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before departure.

The following travel documents must be arranged before arriving at Bamboo Airways’ airport:

  • Passports or government-issued identification are required
  • The number of your e-ticket
  • Your Bamboo Air flight’s name and details

Follow these steps to use Bamboo air’s mobile check-in service:

  • You can access the Bamboo App on your mobile device
  • From the menu, select Mobile Check-in
  • Please enter your surname and Bamboo flight e-ticket number
  • Follow the instructions on the screen
  • You can now download or save your Bamboo airboarding card

Check-in at an airport kiosk

  • At the airport, find the kiosk machine check-in area
  • Start the check-in process by touching the kiosk screen
  • Please enter your Bamboo flight e-ticket number and last name
  • Confirm your check-in details and review your flight details
  • Take a printout of your boarding pass

Check-in at the Bamboo Airways Ticket Counter

Follow these steps to use Bamboo air’s ticket counter check-in service:

  • Look for Bamboo Airways’ ticket counter at the airport.
  • At the counter, show the agent your Bamboo booking confirmation.
  • Bookings are verified by the agent
  • Confirm the check-in request after that
  • Your boarding pass will be issued by the agent.

Boarding pass for Bamboo Airways

To board a Bamboo flight, passengers must show both their boarding pass and a government-issued photo ID.

At an airport kiosk, you can get a boarding pass 

  • Locate the kiosk machine check-in area
  • Then enter your last name and the booking confirmation number.
  • Choose your Bamboo flight
  • Please confirm your details
  • Get your Bamboo boarding pass by printing or downloading it

At the airline check-in counter, you can get a boarding pass

  • Travel to the airport

  • At the counter, show your ticket to the agent
  • Your booking will be verified and your check-in will be confirmed by an agent
  • Your boarding pass is now available
