- The following cities as well as others are included: Armenia, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena, Chicago, Cúcuta, Dallas, Guayaquil, Manizales, Medellín, Miami, New York, Orlando, Pereira, Rio, San Francisco, São Paulo, Valledupar, and Washington.
The Cali, London, Quito, and Toronto airports have self-service kiosks with bag tag printers. After confirming your information, you may print your bag tags, up to two per passenger, and proceed directly to the baggage drop-off area.
