What is the earliest check-in time for Air Europa flights?
An Air Europa check-in via the Web for Air Europa flights is available 48 hours to 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. For domestic flights, it generally closes an hour before departure, and for international flights 90 minutes before departure. Web check-in usually closes 48 hours or 24 hours before departure.
Online web check-in
The Air Europa website and mobile app allow passengers to check in online 24 to 2 hours before departure for all of its flights. The passengers can check in online through Air Europa’s official website. The web check-in process involves selecting a seat and printing their boarding pass. Some airports require passengers to present their boarding passes to the check-in counter for validation. Air Europa partners have self-service check-in kiosks at several airports. Check-in and boarding passes can be obtained at these kiosks. On flights to and from North America and Israel, web check-in is not available. Passengers must check in at the airport for these flights. To check in with checked baggage, passengers must go to the airport check-in counter.
24 hours before departure, you can access the online check-in process; 60 minutes before departure, it will end.

- Enter the confirmation number and name of the passenger
- Click the Continue button to continue

- Now you can download your Europa Air Boarding Card or save it to your mobile device

- The kiosk machine is located in the check-in area at the airport
- Start the check-in process by touching the kiosk screen
- Please enter your Europa flight e-ticket number and last name
- Confirm your check-in details and review your flight details
- Take a printout of your boarding pass

Air Europa check-in fees apply to excess baggage or overweight checked baggage. Checked bags weigh up to 23 kg, except for business class travelers. Airlines will charge excess luggage, depending on the route, if the luggage weight limit is exceeded.
