- Check-in must be done at least 45 minutes before departure (except for flights within Canada, where the deadline is 20 minutes);

- In case of a group of 18 passengers, you will need to complete two kiosk check-in sessions (up to 9 passengers may check in at a time).

- Print out a fresh boarding pass.
During your kiosk check-in (available at all Canadian airports and select international airports), you can choose to receive an Electronic Boarding Pass on your mobile device if all requirements are met. After kiosk check-in, you must drop off your checked baggage at the baggage drop-off counter at least four hours before departure.
