During the Air Baltic check-in process, passengers must arrive at the airport 2 hours before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights. Domestic Air Baltic flights should depart at least 45 minutes before scheduled departure, while international Air Baltic flights should depart at least 60 minutes before scheduled departure.

Air Baltic’s web check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before the flight.

The following documents must be arranged before arriving at Air Baltics airport:

  • Passports or government-issued identification are required
  • The e-ticket number
  • Name and details of your flight with Air Baltic Air

Follow these steps to use Air Baltic Air’s mobile check-in service:

  • From your mobile device, you can access the Air Baltic App.
  • From the menu, select Mobile Check-in.
  • Please enter your surname and e-ticket number for Air Baltic flights.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Get your Air Baltic Air Boarding Card now or save it to your phone.

Check-in kiosks at airports

  • At the airport, kiosk machines are available for check-in.
  • Start the check-in process by touching the kiosk screen.
  • Your last name and Air Baltic flight e-ticket number.
  • Review your flight details and confirm your check-in details.
  • Print out your boarding pass.

Here are the steps for using Air Baltic Air’s ticket counter check-in service:

  • Find the Air Baltics ticket counter at the airport.
  • At the counter, present your Air Baltic booking confirmation.
  • Bookings are verified by the agent.
  • Confirm the check-in request.
  • The agent will issue your boarding pass.

The boarding pass for Air Baltics

To board an Air Baltic flight, passengers must show both their boarding pass and a government-issued photo identification card to the gate agent.

At an airport kiosk, you can get a boarding pass 

  • In the kiosk machine check-in area, find the kiosk machine.
  • Please enter your booking confirmation number, followed by your last name.
  • Choose your flight with Air Baltic.
  • Please confirm your details.
  • The Air Baltic boarding pass can be printed or downloaded.

At the airline check-in counter, you can get your boarding pass

  • Arrive at the airport.
  • Check-in counter for Air Baltic Air.
  • Show your ticket to the agent at the counter.
  • Your booking will be verified, and check-in will be confirmed by an agent.
  • Your boarding pass is now available.
