For Air Austral check-in, passengers must arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure time. For international flights, passengers must arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure. A boarding pass is required 45 minutes before departure for domestic Reunion flights, and 60 minutes before departure for international flights.

Check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before take-off for your reunion flight.

  • At the airport, find the kiosk machine in the check-in area
  • Start the check-in process by touching the kiosk screen
  • Please enter the e-ticket number of your reunion flight and your last name
  • Review your flight details and confirm your check-in details
  • Print out your boarding pass
